What we are looking for
- 2+ years of U.S. immigration case management or related legal experience
- Experience handling EB-1, EB-2 NIW, and EB-3 PERM and non-immigrant U.S. visa cases
- Experience using legal case management and document management systems
- Ability to review and organize complex immigration documentation and filing packages
- Proficiency in English plus either Spanish or Portuguese
