He possesses substantial expertise in business immigration (temporary nonimmigrant employment, investments, international expansion, permanent employment visas) and family immigration (status adjustments, permanent resident card renewals, relative petitions, fiancé visas).
He earned his Juris Doctorate from J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University, where he received the distinguished clinical practice award for his work with migrant communities. He is admitted to practice in Utah and holds memberships in the J. Reuben Clark Society and Pacific Island Knowledge 2 Action Resources (serving as Compliance Chair). Previously, he worked at Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen, & Loewy in New York City and Wilner & O'Reilly in Salt Lake City.
