Josephus is a member of our Employment-Based Immigration Team, focusing on complex EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW) and EB-1A Extraordinary Ability petitions. With approximately three years of immigration experience, he works closely with attorneys and case managers to support professionals, researchers, entrepreneurs, executives, and other highly skilled individuals pursuing U.S. permanent residence.
Currently pursuing a Law Degree at Estacio de Sa University, Josephus brings a multidisciplinary background to his immigration work. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Sciences from the Federal University of Amazonas and previously conducted scientific research at the National Institute for Amazonian Research (INPA). He also spent more than eight years as an entrepreneur, developing extensive experience in business leadership, strategic planning, and operations.
Fluent in English and Portuguese, Josephus combines his experience in immigration, legal education, scientific research, and entrepreneurship to provide practical and analytical support to clients throughout the immigration process.
