Josue Rosales

Josue Rosales brings over seven years of progressive experience in U.S. immigration, consular operations, visa processing, document review, case strategy, and international consulting. He previously served with the U.S. Department of State handling immigrant visa operations across multiple regions including Latin America, Africa, the Caribbean, and Europe.

His professional expertise encompasses family-based and employment-based immigration, including immigrant visa processing, consular case readiness, document compliance, intergovernmental coordination, and case lifecycle management. He has led consular teams, advised on sensitive cases, and implemented workflow improvements.

Educationally, Josue holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Brigham Young University–Idaho, completed TESL studies at Universidad de El Salvador, and earned a Master in Project Management from Escuela de Negocios Europea de Barcelona.

His achievements include multiple U.S. Department of State recognitions, including the Eagle Award and Mission Honor Awards, for assisting Consulate General Lagos and Embassy Addis Ababa in leadership in immigrant visa operations, process innovation, and in-person prescreening and document review programs. He maintains 15+ immigration certifications from the U.S. Foreign Service Institute.
