He has led consular teams, advised on sensitive cases, and implemented workflow improvements.
Educationally, Josue holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Brigham Young University–Idaho, completed TESL studies at Universidad de El Salvador, and earned a Master in Project Management from Escuela de Negocios Europea de Barcelona.
