Kelsey Palma is an immigration attorney practicing in Utah and a graduate of BYU Law School. She specializes in the nonimmigrant visa department as an expert in employment-based nonimmigrant visas, including E-1, E-2, H-1B, H-1B1, L-1A, L-1B, O-1A, O-1B, and TN visas.
Her legal career was motivated by the objective to learn from and work with individuals and families who need assistance navigating the U.S. immigration system. During law school, she gained practical experience preparing both family-based and employment-based petitions under the mentorship of immigration attorneys.
Kelsey is bilingual, speaking English and Spanish fluently. Outside of work, she enjoys camping, puzzles, and spending time with her daughter.
